What is the LPOA?

The Lakeside Property Owners Association (LPOA) is a community of property owners within Lakeside Chautauqua and Island View.

The LPOA meets in a town hall format 4 times a year to learn about matters pertaining to the Chautauqua community and to provide input to the Lakeside Association about the programs and services of Lakeside Chautauqua.

The LPOA elected leadership communicates regularly with the membership via email and via this website, www.LakesidePOA.com.

Who are LPOA Members?

Any property owner and/or spouse in Lakeside Chautauqua and Island View may become a member of LPOA by paying modest annual dues. There are more than 1,300 members. Dues are payable on a calendar year basis and are usually paid in January, but you may join at any time during the year.
